Francisco Erazo – Business Development
Francisco Erazo’s experience in the industry started ten years ago after returning to the States from South America. Francisco was born in New York City and moved to South America to complete a degree in Social Studies. He started working for two major paint company manufacturers where he worked closely with general contractors, interior decorators, and residential clients. He was quickly promoted to a management position leading him to sales / marketing and business development. His professionalism, high standards, great communication skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction, gave him the opportunity to work for Palmer Brothers. His extensive knowledge of industry products makes him an asset to our company. While a fan of all sports, Francisco enjoys playing basketball and soccer. He is happily married and has three wonderful children. Lastly, Francisco is honored to represent Palmer Brothers in his various volunteer work with CAI, PMA, BOMA, IREM and PDCA.
Scott Karam – Director of Business
Development and Marketing
Scott Karam studied business administration at Montgomery College and the University of Montana. Scott came to Palmer Brothers in 1989 and has become an integral component of the Marketing and Sales Team. His knowledge of the industry and its people combined with an exceptional charisma have marked him as an asset to public relations and fundraising. A self-proclaimed sports junkie, Scott focuses most of his addiction on golf and has managed to put his passions to good use by successfully running various golf tournaments for CAI. Likewise, he runs fundraisers for churches and charities where he has been formally recognized for his participation.
Scott recognizes the importance of his clientele and makes it a priority to communicate, guide, and assure a client whom he is working with. Scott wears many hats at Palmer Brothers: from successful fundraiser to designer of promotional attire. Like other members of the team, he voluntarily represents Palmer Brothers while working with various charities: WMCCAI, Chesapeake Chapter of CAI, IREM, PMA, and BOMA.
Todd Williams, PCAM – Business Development
& Marketing
Todd comes to Palmer Brothers with an extensive background in real estate and project management. He is from Newport News, Virginia, where he grew up pulling crab pots, working in a shipyard, and excelling in baseball, football, and wrestling. Todd came to Northern Virginia on a wrestling scholarship to George Mason University majoring in History with a minor in Business Administration.
After GMU, Todd embarked on a career in real estate management. After twelve years of management experience, to include retail, apartment and condominium/HOA, he elected to follow a new career path to the service side of the industry. In a short six years, he was
promoted to Vice President of Virginia Operations for a competing firm. Palmer Brothers is proud to have Todd as a member of the highly successful Business Development and Marketing Team. On his off time, you can find Todd on a soccer field, in a MMA ring, or mentoring kids. He has two wonderful daughters and is heavily involved in several charities to include Big Brother/Big Sister, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), Avon Walk 4 Cancer, and Athletes Committed to Education Success (ACES). Todd represents Palmer Brothers in its volunteer work with CAI, PMA, IREM, FRPA and NVAA.
